We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Active Directory Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification, with expertise in managing Enterprise Directory Services. Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of Enterprise Directory Services.
Provide support for Active Directory (AD) back-end systems and manage its day-to-day operation
Monitor and troubleshoot AD infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Implement and manage policies, permissions, and group memberships in line with security best practices.
Perform upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance of the AD environment.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of AD services with other enterprise solutions.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for AD systems.
Assist in automating routine tasks related to Active Directory management.
Requirements Qualifications and experience:

National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (MCSE).
Relevant Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification with a focus on Domain Services.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Enterprise Directory Services implementation.
Strong AD back-end experience, including troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
Expertise in group policies, domain trusts, OU structure, and other key AD functions.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating AD tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing Azure Active Directory or hybrid cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing directory services.
Familiarity with Identity Management and Federation Services.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to system management.
