Junior Accountant (Xero, Dext And Sage)

HOURS: 08:00 - 16:30Hospitality industry experience BONUSHigh sense of responsibility, problem-solving and good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Transparency and accuracy when recording/capturing of information is important.Experience with the following required:Accurate processing of Supplier invoices on Dext.Preparing supplier accounts for payments, supplier reconciliation on Dext & Xero.Completing the bank reconciliation on Xero.Liaising with Suppliers and service providers regarding information required for processing.Loading payments on ABSA Business Integrator.Participate in day-to-day operational activities in the admin, finance and hotel departments.Process all leave forms on Sage and summaries for HR Manager.Process Casual workers' payslips and load for payment.RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualification (Accounting)2 to 3 years' experience in an accounting focused role. (NO MORE THAN $ YEARS EXPERIENCE)Good computer software skills (MS Office, Xero, Sage Payroll and Dext)Applicants must reside in the NORTHERN SUBURBS OF CAPE TOWN.Own reliable transport.Willing to work 1 weekend per month.BenefitsR15 000 - R20 000 CTC + opportunity to do sales and earn 15% commission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
