Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Junior Accountants to join a dynamic team within the property sector. This role offers recent graduates an exciting opportunity to apply their accounting skills in a professional setting. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in financial management, property accounting, and software use specific to the property industry. Knowledge of MDA (MRI) software is essential, as it will be a key component in daily operations.Duties:Financial Transactions: Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely recording of all transactions.Property Accounting: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records related to property assets, such as tenant accounts, leases, and property-related income and expenses.Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, tenant reconciliations, and other necessary reconciliations within the MDA/MRI property software.Monthly Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.Software Utilization: Efficiently use MDA (MRI) software to process financial data, manage tenant information, and generate reports as required.Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining transparency and accountability.Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and other team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance work environment.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency with MDA (MRI) software is required.Strong Excel skills; knowledge of additional accounting software is a plus.Ability to analyze financial data and attention to detail.
