Junior Accountant

Solver Property Services
Purpose of the role:
The Financial Controller for Solver Property Services will be responsible for maintaining the financial records of their portfolio by accurately recording and creating financial transactionsto generates reports and billing of the levies. The financial controller will need to perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. The accounts need to be reconciled to ensure their accurate, consistent, and prompt financial reporting which is in line with our company vision, mission, culture, values, and core objectives so as to meet the provisions outlined in our customer agreements and achieve world class professional service delivery.
The main objectives will include:

Prepare management accounts for customers to review
Maintain customer relations and report any financial issues timeously
The effective utilization of the internal company software systems and processes to properly perform your duties and successfully address customer needs and service delivery issues
Successfully and timeously compete daily, weekly and monthly financial tasks that have been assigned
To perform account reconciliation and maintain correct financial information

Accountabilities:
You will be directly accountable to the Financial Manager for:

Ensuring that the key clients you perform financial controller responsibilities for receive world class service and benchmarking quality of work
Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met
Promoting a positive office environment which speaks to our company vision, mission, values, culture and core business objectives
Effective client relationship management
Identifying, taking ownership of, resolving issues for clients under ICU
Research innovative ideas and solutions for improving the lifestyles of our customers
