A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Finance BASIC SALARY : R15 000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: 3 5 Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel Partner Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team DUTIES: Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records General ledger postings and statements Reconciliations Accurately processing foreign currency transactions from our different branches nationwide Intercompany transactions correctly and timeously processed, and funds transferred Prepare the Cash forecast across the businesses, including actual bank balances, all known receipts and payments, splitting payments into local and foreign Update and manage intercompany loans and call accounts HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
