The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working with the Xero platform. The Junior Accountant will assist in payroll processing and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.. Requirements: ·Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field ·Proficiency in the Xero platform ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team ·Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy ·Prior experience in payroll processing and account reconciliations is a plus. Primary Responsibilities: ·Process and maintain accurate payroll records ·Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports ·Support senior accounting staff in daily tasks and projects ·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ·Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures ·Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
