Junior Accountant

Job & Company Descriptions:A mining and manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Accountant to support their Accounting Department. As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for:Handling creditors, which involves processing invoices and preparing reconciliations (assisting with full function)Managing debtors, which includes processing invoices and monthly invoice recovery (assisting with full function)Assisting with limited-month processesSupporting year-end audit and preparing the audit fileCosting and control activitiesCompiling payment lists and requisitionsProviding limited assistance with income tax and VAT submissionsPerforming ad hoc dutiesJob Experience and Skills Required:Completed Bcom or Diploma in FinanceMinimum 2-4 years experience in a similar positionSage x3 is preferred
