OverviewReferenceJunior AccountantSalaryZAR/monthJob Location- South Africa -- City of Cape Town -- Cape TownJob TypePermanentPosted24 January 2024Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:Business Partner to, and operational Finance support, to the business functions (Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial and support services.Delivering accurate data and business crucial insight and analysis.Responsible for the implementation and subsequent maintenance of minimum control standards.Design and implementation of key business processes.Timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Reporting.Co-ordinate all financial timelines, deadlines, and standard deliverables.Compliance to Month End Reporting routines and Reconciliations.Work with the business to track financial performance and provide financial information, forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy.Support and challenge the business to continually ensure that its strategies align with financial goals.Support the business with Cost analysis and Budget Control reporting and develop and track key performance metrics.Key Skills:Must be detail-oriented, have strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, vendors, and senior management,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demand,Qualifications:B.
