Reference: 9677 AV Consultant:Anneke ViviersJob Description:Be responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.The role will also be responsible for managing risk and ensuring that the company's operations are conducted in an ethical and sustainable manner.Develop and maintain the company's corporate governance policies and procedures, ensuring that they comply with relevant legislation and industry best practice.Provide administrative support including development of presentations, preparation of meeting agendas.Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them when appropriate.Works closely with the CFO on special projects and Audit activities.Supports and coordinates Audit and Finance meeting arrangements including teleconferences and minute taking as required.BEE monitoring and audits.Maintain confidential records of Executives electronically.Compile, consolidate, edit and file important documentation.Prepare, reconcile, and submit Executives expense reports.Completes various forms, including travel expense reports, requests for payment, consultancy agreements, etc.Co-ordination of meetings/functions – including meeting and greeting visitors.Minutes, Notes and Board pack compilation.Qualifications:Financial diploma / Business Administration DiplomaComputer literate with competence in Microsoft Office 365, (Advanced Excel) (Advanced Word)Knowledge in Corporate Governance / Company secretarialMinimum 3 - 5 years 'experience as a Finance AssistantHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
