Job Summary: As a Junior Account Manager you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing the client base.
You will work closely with the Senior Account Managers to provide excellent customer service, manage client accounts and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Junior Account Manager responsibilities Assist Senior Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
Responding to client queries, and acting as the communication link between the client and the agency.
Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (such as production, finance, and studio) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.
