The Junior Account Executive at Fishgate will assist the Account Manager in coordinating activities between the client and the agency team. A thorough understanding of clients, their industries, and competitors is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:Client Service & Communication: Assist in creating client meeting/call agendas and contact reports after each status meeting, submitting them to the Account Manager. Support the logistics and management of client meetings. Participate in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular communication and networking efforts. Project Management: Help coordinate projects between internal teams and the client, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Support Account Managers with project work, including memos and updates. Manage the uploading of POs and other documentation for the project approval process and submit them to the accounts and operations team. Source and work with suppliers to support project requirements. Reporting & Analysis: Submit project/monthly performance reports to clients. Assist in proofing reports and presentations, providing campaign performance analytics, and recommendations for improvement. Conduct market research and gather data on relevant industries. Analyse competitor activity to provide insights for client strategies. REQUIREMENTS General Requirements: Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
