Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to JSE listing requirements and regulatory standards.
Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering high-quality financial and regulatory reports.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance.
Equity Sponsorship Analysis: Support in evaluating equity transactions and conducting detailed analyses.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experience , preferably in financial services, regulatory compliance, or equity markets.
