Job Description
Lovely self-catering lodge that can accommodate 12 guests is looking for a Management Couple to oversee the full running of the lodge.
As a couple, you will be responsible for the management of 3 staff, which includes the Housekeepers and Maintenance man.
The Guide will handle all game drives, hosting of guests, vehicle, and lodge maintenance.
The Manager will be responsible for handling reservations, stock controls, orders, hosting guests, housekeeping, and any other duties needed. You will also be responsible for handling social media queries and engagement.
Qualifications
Field Guide:

FGASA 1
PDP

Lodge Manager:

Hospitality Management qualification is an advantage

Skills
Ability to work independently as you are fully responsible for the lodge (reporting to the Directors). At least 2 years of experience on a big 5 reserve. Good communication skills and ability to host guests.
Benefits
Live in - 1 bedroom cottage. Work cycle can be 3 weeks on 1 week off or 6 weeks on 2 weeks off.
