My client is seeking a Joiner in the woodworking industry to join their company. Duties include:Operating the workshop and creating custom orders for clientsBuilding / creating custom made ordersUnderstanding architectural and technical drawings to determine dimensions, materials, and construction methods.Accurate measurement and cutting of wood to meet specificationsSanding and Finishing: Sanding surfaces smooth and applying finishes such as paint, varnish, or stain to protect and enhance the wood.Handling Tools and Equipment: Operating and maintaining various tools and machinery, including hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.Quality Control: Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications  Minimum requirements:strong understanding of woodworking techniquesQualified as a JoinerGood problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsAttention to detail
