Do you have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for bringing creative visions to life through the lens?
D&A Models, a leading South African agency, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual based in Cape Town to join our fast-paced Imaging Department!
(We will not consider applications requiring relocation assistance.)

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player, responsible for:

Keeping model portfolios fresh and captivating.
Styling test shoots that showcase our models' potential.
Creating customized picture references to perfectly match each shoot and model.
Managing all model submissions – you'll be the first point of contact for new talent!
Lending your creative flair to our social media presence and capturing engaging behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos.
Assisting at audition days – be part of the magic of discovering new stars!
Scouting for fresh faces – the next big discovery might be around the corner!
Supporting new face meetings and contract signings - welcome them to the D&A Family!
Managing Airbnb/model house logistics – ensure our models feel comfortable and supported.

To thrive in this role, we will need:

Basic proficiency in Retouching, Video Editing, and Photography software (Adobe Suite, INN Design).
A keen sense of style and a deep understanding of current fashion trends.
Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be collaborating with a diverse team!
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the modelling industry.
Reliable transportation – you will need a car to support the various aspects of our creative vision and model accommodation
Be based in Cape Town (no relocation)
