Exciting opportunity to join a growing business supplying hand tools and accessories to independent plumbing merchants, builders merchants, and DIY stores across the North and North West of England.
PACKAGE: £28k – £34k basic dependent on experience, monthly commission on ALL sales, car allowance.
COMPANY: My client supplies a comprehensive range of hand tools and related accessories and consumables to the plumbing, building, decorating, and DIY sectors. Their focus is supporting the Independent stockists namely Plumbing Merchants, Builders Merchants & DIY stores.
THE JOB: The role will involve a mix of account management and new business development. Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.Managing client accounts & orders.Prospecting for new business within target Merchant accounts.Playing a key role in establishing and growing the customer base.Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.AREA: This is a field sales role covering the North West and Yorkshire – typically Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield etc.
PERSON: We are seeking a well-organised sales person who is used to working independently out in the field and has previous sales experience in the Plumbers Merchant, Builders Merchant, or DIY sector.
