Experience required as a Snr CDP or Jnr Sous within a busy establishment offering quality cuisine.
Manage a Junior team
Manage a section & hot pass professionally
Ability to work under busy & high volumes circumstances
Culinary qualification or equivalent in experience
Own transport or live in surrounding areas of Stellenbosch
Knowledge of HACCP, stock control, wastage & stock takes
Willing to work flexible working hours & weekends
Culinary Qualification or equivalent in work experience
