Jml Engineer

We are looking for an organised and driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our high-performing User Services team as a JML Engineer!This role forms part of our growing Joiners, Movers and Leavers team where you will be responsible for processing user account creations, deactivations, and requests efficiently and accurately, in a timely manner. You will also create reports, produce guide templates, and play a key role in organising the workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesUser account configuration: This includes AD, O365, 3rd party applications, permissions etc.Create, maintain and provide reports for weekly and monthly reportsCreate, maintain and execute processes: This includes internal and external processes, review, suggest and implement.Proactively organise and complete UAM requestsQualitiesEssential:Positive and self-motivatedProcess drivenAbility to prioritise own workloadAbility to work well under pressureAdaptable to changeExcellent attention to detailLead by exampleBasic MS Office skillsInterested in and excited by technologyDesirable:Previous experience working within an IT organisationPrevious experience with onboarding users into managed service providersPrevious experience with creating and maintaining processesQualifications/AccreditationsNo formal qualifications requiredIdeally higher education level qualifications or equivalent professional learningPersonal QualitiesDriven to deliver highest standardsTake pride in exceeding expectationsPolite, professional, friendly demeanourTeam playerDesire to learnSalary12,000-16,000 ZAR per month
