Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry piece to meet their needs - Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Educate customers on the quality and uniqueness of our jewelry collection - Assist in maintaining inventory levels and displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet and exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best shopping experience - Assist in merchandising and restocking of jewelry displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry - Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is an asset - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Must be able to travel and work on a cruise ship for 6 months at a time Working Conditions: As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will primarily work on board luxury cruise ships, traveling to various destinations around the world.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You will also be required to live on the ship for the duration of your 6-month contract.
