Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality jewelry pieces.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in jewelry manufacturing, and a passion for achieving operational excellence.
     Lead and motivate a team of jewelers, setters, polishers, and production assistants.
·          Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and productivity.
·          Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to optimize team performance.
·   Quality Control and Assurance: ·          Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures throughout the production process.
·          Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
·          Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
·   Inventory Management: ·          Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
·          Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
·          Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
·   Health, Safety, and Compliance: ·          Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.
·          Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement measures to minimize workplace hazards.
·          Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop to uphold a safe and productive environment.
Requirements ·   Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred).
·   Strong Numerical Skills ·   Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
·   Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·   Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
·   Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
