Designs, implements, evaluates, and audits project management templates for the JDE team.Compiles metrics relating to project success, project attributes, and individual productivity and adherence to defined processes.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Manage projects or serve as a resource to project managers and project leaders to provide administrative support and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvements/changes.Report and escalate to management as needed.Integrates project data for decision makers.Establish and maintain relationships with project teams and business.Use and continually develop leadership skills.Create and maintain project documents as required.Create and maintain project plans to track and monitor progress.Prepare monthly JDE project reports for all companies.Update and maintain the project management information system and provide status reports.Provide overall coordination and reporting of projects.Maintain work and resource schedules for projects.Preparation of minutes of meetings as required.Coordinate internal resources.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Ensure project resources fulfill their duties.Perform other related project duties as required.Serve as a resource to the JDE department, to assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvements/changes.Interfacing and coordination with Accounts Payable.JDE SecurityManagement of JDE profile security for new and current users.Management of JDE profile terminations.Assists in the preparation of JDE audit monthly reports.The finer details: When applying, please submit a PDF version of your CV together with certified copies (certification within a 3-month period) of your ID/passport, driver's license, and qualifications.
