Key Responsibilities:Client Support:- Deliver proactive and reactive functional support for customer JDE systems.- Troubleshoot issues, recommend workarounds, and work closely with developers or Oracle to resolve problems.- Guide clients on JDE system configurations and best practices, ensuring seamless operations.- Collaborate with client teams, third-party consultants, and internal experts to resolve system errors.- Maintain and update system configurations regularly.Project Work:- Contribute to the design and specification of new JDE applications or modifications.- Participate in testing and documentation for customizations and system changes.- Lead ad-hoc projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementation, and client-specific enhancements.Consulting & Collaboration:- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, adapting quickly to unique client needs.- Ensure adherence to Navisite Managed Services methods and processes.Preferred Skills & Experience:JDE Expertise: Minimum of 5 years experience supporting or consulting on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). Familiarity with Warehouse Management within JDE is a plus.Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of SQL, and experience troubleshooting JDE errors and bugs.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and offer solutions.
