Currently seeking an experienced Omni-Channel Technical Java Hybris Team Lead who will take on the responsibility of managing our omni-channel technology stack, including oversight of our SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) technology stack and related technologies.Your responsibilities will include providing technical solutions to enterprise problems. As the Technical Team Lead, you will be accountable for overseeing design patterns, libraries, frameworks, and processes.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience (5 years) as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developerPrevious experience in a leadership or team lead role within a technical environmentStrong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and development best practicesProficiency in Java, Spring Framework, React Native and related technologiesSolid understanding of e-commerce concepts and processesExperience managing an omni-channel technology stackExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:Experience with integration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with other enterprise systemsExperience with agile methodologiesLead and manage a team of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developers, both onsite and offshore, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and supportFoster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the technical teamConduct regular performance reviews and support the professional development of team membersDesign and implement scalable and high-performance solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platformConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryReference Number: GZ59303 which is a permanent position based in Cape Town offering a cost to company salary of up to R1200k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
