Iva Advisor/ Debt Review

Duties required:

To successfully complete income and expenditure reviews to determine customers affordability (Basically calculating all expenses VS the income received to determine if the customer can afford their IVA)
Reviewing additional income or change in circumstances of the customer – Completing reviews
Offering service via live chat/WhatsApp or emails to customers queries
Offering customer support on calls – Contacting customers to discuss the outcome of the review (Point 1)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring our customers are receiving a high standard of customer service
To ensure you are implementing, living, and believing in our 'Key Values'
To maintain a high standard of quality within your work
Liaising with customers directly using various communication channels including phone, email, SMS & WhatsApp
Demonstrating excellent customer service by providing an empathetic balanced approach, fact finding to fully understand the customers situation, as well as agreeing an appropriate and positive resolution
Working towards set KPI's/Goals/Targets
Completing reviews of customer Income and Expenditures, providing advice and recommendations on the most suitable solutions based on the customers circumstances and personal objectives
Following processes in line with evolving business and regulatory requirements

Competencies:

Must have matric
Degree or Diploma would be advantageous
Debt collections experience
Finance/ accounts experience would be advantageous
Ability to work UK Hours
Take responsibility for your own workload
Contribute effectively to a range of different situations and develops a positive working environment based on openness, trust, and co-operation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can self-develop and self-motivate
Exhibits the core values of the Business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R8500,00 - R10000,00 per month
Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

finance/ accounts: 1 year (Preferred)
debt collecting: 1 year (Preferred)
