You'll be surrounded by talented engineers and technical leaders who are passionate about solving complex problems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and driving meaningful change. The organization values experimentation and rapid iteration, allowing you to bring your creativity and technical expertise to life. Interpret and map security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, DMA, PCI-DSS, SOX) to technical infrastructure and software development processes. Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and drive the development of mitigation strategies. Lead initiatives to automate compliance checks, security assessments, and audit reporting. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including legal, security, compliance teams, and auditors, to ensure adherence to regulations. Monitor and adapt to the evolving regulatory landscape, driving continuous improvement in the organization's security posture. Create and maintain platform reference architecture diagrams, technical guidelines, and security-related documentation to ensure transparency and consistency.
What you'll Need to Succeed: Minimum of 7 years of technical experience across various domains including software development, systems architecture, security, and compliance. Proven experience as a software practitioner, with deep expertise in secure coding practices, system design, and software architecture. Deep knowledge of multifaceted engineering and development landscapes, with the ability to map compliance requirements to precise technical controls within complex systems and architectures. Familiarity with industry-standard compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR). Proven experience designing secure solutions in modern platform environments (e.g., Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) and applying security best practices throughout development and deployment stages. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding compliant, secure, and scalable solutions. Highly effective communication skills, in both verbal and written forms, to effectively convey technical and non-technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences. *Relocation package is provided in case you prefer to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
