CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Coordinate and facilitate iTEACHlab activitiesSupervise of the regional iTEACHlab Administrator Design, develop and review materials for new courses and short learning programmes (SLP) to be delivered in the iteachlabCreate and review training manuals for students and staffConceptualise, strategise, and plan all student and staff iTEACHlab activities engaging with Hub leadersFaciliate the courses in the iTEACHlab Research on different technologies in the iTEACHlab and their role in improving educatioQUALIFICATIONSDegree in ICT, Education, Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines (STEAM education Fields)EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMinimum of 2 years facilitation experience Experience in STEM-related fields (Preferred but not required)Experience in teaching and the classroom (Preferred but not required)Good temperament, friendly and cheerful dispositionEnjoys working with young adults, teachers, and lecturersRequire exceptional soft skills in areas like creative problem-solving, teamwork and CommunicationPlan, organize, execute and lead iTEACHlab agendaWork collaboratively with key stakeholders to strategize plans of actionHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to encourage teamwork and solicit ideas from staffExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing and coordinating teams ADVANTAGES Understanding of the CAPS curriculum IT skills (Moodle, Zoom, Webinars, Microsoft: Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)Excellent presentation skills (contact and online)Knowledge of basic electronicsFamiliar with clever touch usageExperience in new educational technologies like Virtual reality and Augmented reality
