It Workstation Technician

Responsibilities: - Test computer hardware performance - Assist end-users with basic IT problem solving.
- Assist in solving workstation breakdowns and difficulties by minimizing downtime and ensuring the availability of IT service.
- Deploy and maintain all workstations.
- Install and maintain computer hardware - Basic knowledge of Hardware and Microsoft operating systems - Excellent communication skills - Strong service and innovation mindset - Attention to detail and a sense of urgency Requirements: - MS Office Qualifications And Experience: - National Diploma in IT/ A+ and N+/ Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician - A minimum of 2 years' experience
