As a Workshop Technician, you will play a critical role in providing hardware repair and IT support to clients.

Duties will include but not limited to: Install & configure various software applications on Mac & WindowsProvide basic PC/Mac/Printer support & log calls with vendorsMan the helpdesk phone & assist with user administrationTroubleshoot Windows OS, manage system updates, & handle AD accountsProficient in MS Office/365 & troubleshooting common Windows issuesYou will have done some form of IT training course (6 months - 1 year) & understand the basics around PCs, Macs, laptops, printersBasic networking & internet related experience: - certifications/formal training courses related to macOS & Windows systems administration, hardware repair, or IT support (Apple Certified Mac Technician, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate). Qualifications and experience: Excellent troubleshooting skillsPro-active personality with a strong personal drive, able to build strong professional relationshipsMinimum of 5 years Technical IT working experienceAn individual who is comfortable working alone as well as part of a teamCustomer service focused & a team playerWillingness to take ownership & function under stressful situationsTask orientated, deadline driven, time management skillsKeen learner, able to learn existing infrastructure quickly.Ability to perform Repetitive Tasks on Daily Basis Accurately.Ability to use best practice, follow procedural implementation tasks & defer to senior team members when required.Passion for technologyWilling to work after hours & on weekends when needed to sort out issuesStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and other common IT applications.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).Form of IT training course (6 months - 1 year) & understand the basics around PCs, Macs, laptops, printers.Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.Microsoft AzureExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Exchange/O365
