It Technician Specialist Cctv

Duties
Do you have a understanding of the Service Desk system.
Supervise all work performed by the Service Desk subordinate before this is submitted or reviewed by the Manager.
Ensure timely escalation of all problematic incidents and calls to the Manager: User Support.
Provide logging functionality for issues or requests within the business.
Maintain communication to the Manager: User Support on all internet downtime issues.
Maintain all network of CCTV process.
Assist with performing visits to users to do maintenance, diagnoses and repairs.

Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 and relevant qualification
2-3 years Service Desk support
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician will be an added advantage.
Microsoft certified IT professional: Enterprise desktop administrator on Windows will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Hardware Network and Software support
