It Technician

Key Responsibilities: Hardware & Networking: Maintain corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Active Directory, Exchange, backups, and both Mac OS/Windows OS support. Server Support: Administer Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, server backups, VOIP PABX, and surveillance systems. General IT Support: Provide timely resolution for internal IT issues, communicate effectively with staff, and assist with software and hardware troubleshooting. Asset Management: Manage IT inventory, assist in procurement, and ensure proper use and care of IT equipment.
