Our client, an IT services and solutions provider situated in Paarl, has the above vacancy available. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: Installation of new computer systems and solutionsTraining of customers on installed computer systems and software programsSupport, troubleshoot and resolution of call outs relating to installed software programs and hardware on customers' siteFinding solutions and adapting software for best use within customer environmentAll other tasks related to the position.Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Grade 12 and a tertiary IT qualification (N+ and A+);Approximately 2 years' experience in IT as a Field Technician;Windows networking experience;Excellent problem-solving skills;Valid driver's license.Experience with the following is highly preferable: Windows 10/11Microsoft 365Network Administration and cablingCCTVUbiquitiMikroTik
