I am NOT looking for someone who is a waiter or an administrative assistant etc that wants to learn new skills or wants to change his career. I am looking for a very experienced person in desktop support, who understands printers, computers, voip phones, cell phones and more important INTERNET etc.

Looking for a long term person, not someone who has a record of working a year or two and leaves.
Work accurately and be focused.
Superior communication and admin skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail.
Trustworthy and honest.
Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions.
Managing project timeliness.
Drivers license.
Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and be accountable for work quality.
Neat and professional in appearance.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven.
Any other IT, networking, or programming experience is a plus.
Setting up of new Computers/ TV's / Cell phones
Must have own vehicle.
Job duties to include:
Minimum of 3 years experience.
Contactable references.
Must be able to work after hours.
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.
Provide telephonic / remote support.
Software Installations.
Tasks include continual learning of new products, upgrades, and software programs related to systems; some jobs require overtime and driving to different job sites.
