Hire Resolve's client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated IT Technician who would like to be part of an exciting mine and who would like to make use of this unique opportunity to grow and develop within the company.Responsibilities:Maintain network hardware and software infrastructure according to allocated job cards and user requests, providing effective and efficient IT technical and IT device support to ensure effective user and network continuity, which includes access control infrastructure and CCTV architecture at the operation.Apply the latest technology to ensure user information security, which includes but is not limited to:Access / CCTV support / IT support and technical servicesTechnical security supportSHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of workDemonstrate strong work ethics.Requirements:Minimum of three (3) years operational networks and technical support experience.Grade 12 (Essential).COMPTIA A+ certificate in Information Technology.COMPTIA N+ Certificate in Information Technology.Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer / Microsoft Integration Technology Professional Certificate in Information Technology (Recommended).Basic user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).Applicable discipline-specific and hardware programs.XP Operating system (advanced).Formal Training: MCSE Basic Server Module and Basic Active Directory Module.Physical requirements: Work at heights, in confined spaces and dusty environment.Knowledge of policies and procedures.Diagnostic skills.Advanced knowledge of CCTV and access control equipment installed at the mine.Drive for results: Must be flexible and conduct accurate repairs in a short space of time.Benefits:You can also email us: ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
