To provide effective and efficient IT technical and IT device support to ensure effective user and network continuity which includes access control infrastructure and CCTV architecture at the operation.Apply latest technology to ensure user information security, which includes but is not limited to:Access / CCTV support / IT support and technical servicesTechnical security supportSHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of workWork EthicsRequirementsMinimum of three (3) years operational networks and technical support experienceGrade 12 (Essential)COMPTIA A+ certificate in Information TechnologyCOMPTIA N+ Certificate in Information TechnologyMicrosoft Certified Systems Engineer / Microsoft Integration Technology Professional Certificate in Information Technology (Recommended).Basic user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)Applicable discipline-specific and hardware programsXP Operating system (advanced)Formal Training: MCSE Basic Server Module and Basic Active Directory ModulePhysical requirements: Work at heights, in confined spaces and dusty environmentPolicies and proceduresDiagnostic skillsEquipment knowledge: Advanced knowledge of CCTV and access control equipment installed at mineDrive for results: Must be flexible and conduct accurate repairs in a short space of time
