To provide effective and efficient IT technical and IT device support to ensure effective user and network continuity which include access control infrastructure and CCTV architecture at the operation.
Apply latest technology to ensure user information security, which includes but not limited to:Access / CCTV support / IT support and technical servicesTechnical security supportSHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of workWork Ethics Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years operational networks and technical support experienceGrade 12 (Essential)COMPTIA A+ certificate in Information TechnologyCOMPTIA N+ Certificate in Information Technology Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer / Microsoft Integration Technology Professional Certificate in Information Technology (Recommended).Basic user of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)Applicable discipline-specific and hardware programsXP Operating system (advanced)Formal Training: MCSE Basic Server Module and Basic Active Directory ModulePhysical requirements: Work at heights, in confined spaces and dusty environmentPolicies and procedureDiagnostic skillsEquipment knowledge: Advanced knowledge of CCTV and access control equipment installed at mine Drive for results: Must be flexible and conduct accurate repairs in short space of time Full TimeCompany Social
