It Technician

Intro: As an IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, responsible for managing networked computers, hardware, LAN, low-level server support, software, and printer environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring seamless operations for our users.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for networked computers and manage related hardware.Handle LAN and low-level server support.Offer software support for various applications and systems.Maintain and manage the printer environment.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues as they arise.Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.Skills & Experience Requirements: MatricA+ CertificationN+ CertificationMinimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a similar IT environment.Working knowledge of networks and network topologies.Hands-on experience and a willingness to learn.Proven ability to solve problems effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages.Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.Must have own transport and a valid driver's license.Experience with remote monitoring tools and remote support tools.Knowledge of VOIP systems is advantageous.Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with network security and firewalls is a plus.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to ******.
