Job PurposeThe main purpose of this role is to provide client support by resolving requests and incidents to ensure optimal infrastructure functionality. This is a 1st line support role.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess client requests and resolve incidents swiftlyEnsure hardware, desktop, network, app and connectivity functionalityCollaborate with third party service providers to resolve technical issuesMaintain functional network and infrastructure knowledgePerform network and infrastructure maintenanceEnsure ticket closure is resolved timeouslyAchieve optimal BSC performanceEnsure client satisfactionTechnical SkillsTechnical and product knowledge; hardware and softwareProficiency in Office 365 and servicing certificatesKnowledge and experience with third party service provider productsUnderstanding of network connections and functionalityStrong interpersonal skillsEffective communication skillsAbility to build relationships2 - 3 years of support experienceAny IT related experienceExtensive experience in hardware, application, and software understandingDesired Experience & QualificationProcess drivenResilienceLearning potentialStrategic insightRelationship buildingPackage & RemunerationThis is a permanent role onsite.
