IntroductionAn opportunity has become available for a Technical Specialist III within the IT Infrastructure team, reporting into the Technical Team lead.
Purpose Provide 3rd level support across the Clicks Group, ensuring a seamless service. Patch servers and endpoints, install software, and maintain IT systems as well as troubleshoot networks, servers and hardware.
