Duties and responsibilities: Ticket resolution time Customer satisfaction Project metrics: project timelines and budgeting Management of the IT team Innovation IT reports Desired Experience & Qualification ICT Degree 3 - 5 years experience as a IT Team Lead Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, such as Microsoft windows servers, Microsoft 365 admin, SQL, Google suite, Linux and mikrotik. A good understanding of networking systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with various IT frameworks and standards. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Relationship management. IT procurement.
