We want to hear from you if you're passionate about making a significant impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment!QualificationsDegree in Information Systems or related discipline essentialKnowledge, Skills and Experience5 years of leadership experience in managing a successful team.Minimum of 5 years experience with Retail Systems and Project Management within a retail organisationExperience in managing finance, stores, and Merchandise ERP systems is beneficialExperience in working across several different business units and functions.Proven track record of optimising business processes.Financial Management and experience in the management of budgetsExtensive Project Management and IT knowledge.Knowledge of retail business systems and related processes (IT).Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and optimisation of merchandise and non-merchandise systems through evaluation of current systems, the proposal of enhancements or changes to the system/processes and training and development of users.Management of stakeholder relationships and service delivery of internal and external stakeholdersRecommended and facilitated implementation of new system solutions and/or system enhancement solutionsProject Management of related IT projectsUser system support: Set up and maintain user and group security on financial systems.Financial Management of Opex and capex budgetsLead a team of Business analysts and manage all people-related outcomesWork closely with Users within the various business units to understand the business needs, prioritise delivery with Pepkor IT and manage delivery.
