Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire an IT Systems and Helpdesk Manager.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesRole:
Reporting to customers and staff on issues and resolutionsMaintain IT infrastructure of company and company's customers.Assist Sales staff with technical support in meetings and solutions.Responsibilities:
Look after company system infrastructure, servers, connectivity, integration support, etc.Help with troubleshooting database issues.Help with troubleshooting systems and providing feedback to the development team.Help with testing of all systems and providing test results to developers.Ensure the company has proper redundancy for supporting of company solutions.Ensure the company follows all ISO policies and procedures.Create all policies and procedures for the company's ISO when needed.Document all testing results in a manner that is agreed on by all parties.Manage the company helpdesk and log hours for all support queries and ensure our SLA is not breached.Knowledge RequirementsPastel EvolutionWindows 2008, 2012 and 2016+ serverSQL 2008, 2012 and 2016+ ServerActive Directory ExperienceKnowledge on all forms of internet connectivityFirewall KnowledgeAndroid, Apple, Blackberry, and Windows mobile knowledgeWorked with Internal custom IT system support knowledge.Designing of systems and maintaining them from an IT support side.Knowledge of IT best practices for change control, implementations, etc.Minimum RequirementsMust have own car and valid driver's licenceResponsible, trustworthy, and honestQualifications: Diploma or Degree in IT administration, MCSE, etc.Experience: 4-5 years IT network admin with advanced SQL knowledgeExperience: 2-3 years in managing a helpdeskSend your CV and latest pay slip to ****** Posted: 2024-02-14
