DutiesSets up and maintains user access for all employeesImplements & manages user and network securityServer administrationFirewall and networkingBackup and recoveryActive Directory / Exchange / Office 365 / MimecastVoIPEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.Builds and modifies custom reports within multiple platforms.Researches, recommends, and purchases new hardware and software.Evaluates existing software applications & performs routine updates/modifications.Installs and maintains new software & hardware ensuring licensing laws are followed.Manages and maintains file server s software and hardware.Writes documents for user-training and support.Manages secure network access for remote users.Audits network security and compliance requirements.RequirementsKnowledge of ERP software setup and maintenance to support company and employee needs (SAP and Syspro would be advantageous).Experience with SQL databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.Knowledge of system security including intrusion detection systems and data backup/recovery.Advanced Knowledge of SQL and VMWare, with associated administration.Working knowledge of Excel reporting.Capable of producing comprehensive architectural diagrams.Manufacturing experience advantageousBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network engineer or a related disciplineProfessional certification such as MCSA, or equivalent certification is preferred3 to 5 years of work experience working with Microsoft server, systems, and software environment required
