What You Will Work On Install and configure computer and mobile systems per GardaWorld IT policies (Hardware & OS)Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft products and business applicationsProcess and prioritize IT requests using the GW IT ticketing system to ensure minimum disruptionDiagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, often remotelyAnalyse tickets to identify trends and escalate calls as neededSupport training and maintenance of all computer systems used throughout GardaWorld. This includes providing one on one user training when requestedPerform day-to-day network and active administrative dutiesManage user accounts, including new joiner inductionsAvailable on call for emergenciesMaintain IT documentation and asset inventoriesDeliver IT projects within project guidelinesWho You Will Work With Team: IT Support team – MEAReporting to: Regional IT Support ManagerInternally: Main cooperation with the Regional IT Support Manager, all computer users at GardaWorld/Crisis24Externally: IT Consultants, IT Suppliers, Professional Associations, and Technology StakeholdersWhat You Will Bring Exposure and experience working with regional and/or global teamsDegree in IT or related field, from a recognized institutionAt least 6-8 years' experience in IT support roleCertification in Servers, Networks, Hardware, ITILExperience with Cisco Meraki related network equipment and Amazon Web Services - Connect will be an added advantageInformation Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
