It Support Technician

Qualifications:Diploma in Information Technology, or related field.Relevant industry knowledge/certification, e.g., CompTIA Server+/Network+, SIP School, or equivalent.Additional certifications in network security or cloud technologies would be beneficial.Experience:1-3 years of professional experience in IT support of software, hardware and servers.Proven track record of maintaining telephony solutions, including VoIP systems, PBX, SIP, and other protocols.Hands-on experience with software, hardware and server components.Responsibilities:Execute fundamental technical tasks under supervision.Address basic technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed.Conduct basic maintenance on technical platforms for system stability.Support senior engineers in project tasks and deliverables.Contribute to tracking and monitoring tasks to maintain project timelines.Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues.Take your career to new heights and apply today!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
