It Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Cooperate with the rest of plant IT team on plant IT infrastructure set up and fulfilling HQ standard, responsible for plant IT infrastructure daily maintenance based on HQ standardsProvide 1st level support to the users regarding ERP and other HQ systems; act as IT key user to perform daily maintenanceCooperate with HQ IT in designing IT application systems plan and road map & share the responsibility with other team members to rollout the plant application system to the plantResponsible for overall IT system security, to avoid any kind of vulnerabilitiesInstallation, configuration and periodical maintenance of the shop floor devices and systems (PCs, PDA, printers, etc.)Responsible for local IT assets purchasing, management and disposal of equipment & storage mediaAttend plant application rollout project, to know system structure, business processes in system; and take some special test (e.g. connection test, printing, EDI), support system go-live.Act as IT key user to do MES and its interface system operation and maintenance, such as barcode printing, IP/EDI setting, JIS, inbound/outbound message monitoring etc.Job Requirements: Bachelor diploma in computer science, engineering, information technology or organizational sciences3 or more years of IT service in manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with IT infrastructure, networking & manufacturing IT systemsRich MES project or support experience, whole implementation project experience is preferredBasic technical knowledge of Active Directory and Office365 suitePrevious experience with virtualization environmentExcellent time management skills and attention to details
