Objective Under the director of the Finance Manager and within the limited of Proactive Hospitality Solutions policies and procedures, the IT Support Consultant will play an important role in maintaining ALL company equipment and systems.
The IT support Consultant position will be focused on providing ALL Proactive companies with a cohesive IT infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities Managing IT inventory and maintaining the Company's asset list Provide IT support to all company employees in office and remote.
Create and maintain IT documentation Conducting health checks on all company equipment and raise any potential failures to the Finance Manager Accountable for on-boarding all new staff members ensuring they have access to all relevant programs and drives: MyGlue Office 365 set-up Euphoria Telephone application Monday.com Antivirus Responsible for maintaining and updating the technical Monday.com board ensuring clear communication with ongoing projects.
Recommend improvements for the organization's IT system Prepare incident reports for all accidental damage to company equipment, which will be submitted to the insurance company Build and maintain relationships with fellow IT support companies Research and prepare purchase orders for any new equipment that is required Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
