Provide expertise on the design of the network security topology, equipment, and configuration.Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's IT systems and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Perform security implementation, review, and testing activities. Implement and maintain IT security protocols to protect company assets and data.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.Manage servers, cloud environments, and storage systems.Manage, configure, and support firewall devices from manufacturers such as Cisco ASA and Dell SonicWall, including advanced features like IPS and SSL deep inspection.Manage and monitor the Microsoft 365 Environment with respect to Security (Bitdefender, SCCM, Office365 & BitLocker).Design and implement Microsoft 365 security services.Manage Microsoft 365 subscription and tenant health.Develop methodology and scope for wireless security evaluations and security controls to mitigate risks associated with wireless technologies deployed at Broadband Infraco SOC.Assist with security infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, and advanced configuration as a WLAN Security Subject Matter Expert.Provide general support for security scanning and logging.Act as a liaison to vendors and acquisition of wireless network hardware and software.Deploy routers, updating configurations to include interface settings, communication protocols, IOS versions, and Access Control Lists.Provide remote security, troubleshooting, and configuration via industry-standard tools and organization best practices.Deploy switches, updating configurations to include interface settings, communication protocols, OS versions, Access Control List, VLANS, 802.1x configurations, and patching.Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco VPN hardware and client configurations in support of secured remote access.Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.Protect systems by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.Recognize problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations.Implement security improvements by assessing the current situation, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.Design and implement wide area networks including network MPLS, internal and external solutions, and manage and administer routers, switches, and other WAN network peripheral devices.Install and configure wide area network devices for email, Internet, cloud, and other related services.Conduct Enterprise-Wide network security threat assessments, reports, and mitigation plans.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant equivalent.A minimum of 8 years of specialized technical training with courses applicable to duties.Required certifications are Microsoft Azure, CCNA, A+, MCSE Hybrid, Office 365. Established networks in the industry at peer level.Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior/team lead technical support role in a networking/security company or equivalent education.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.Ability to operate as a team player and independently.Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.Strong technical knowledge with demonstrable hands-on skill sets in the following security concepts: cyber security, network segmentation, endpoint security, threat management, and cloud security.Ability to design and configure enterprise security solutions around vendor technologies.Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols.Experience with security products: firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, Anti-Spam, and virus scanning.Strong security troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Applications and a comprehensive CV should be e-mailed to ******.
