Red Bull South Africa is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support, managing end-user devices, and coordinating local IT projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure seamless IT operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.
ResponsibilitiesAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
3+ years of proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.Strong knowledge of IT management processes and tools (ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated).Solid know-how in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mac, Mobile Devices, Networking and Security Services.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and hands-on.Spoken and written English mandatory.Travel 0-10%.Where You'll Be BasedCape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
