This position is outside the bargaining unit. You must meet the Basic Requirements AND the the Specialized Experience to qualify for IT Specialist (Cloud Architect), as described below.
Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.
Qualifying specialized experience for GS-14 includes:
Experience managing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise cloud services and cloud applications across a government organization.Experience in adhering to government initiatives, mandates, and executive orders as it relates to the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of cloud and hosting services. Experience establishing standards, plans, polices, and governance for cloud services across a government organization.Experience in cloud architecture and new cloud native technologies, tools, protocols, and services, to include the design and evaluation of cloud solutions.Experience in financial management of cloud services including estimating, billing, invoice, funding, and financial reporting.
