IT Software Solutions Project Manager for External Companies Clients – experience in Life Insurance Industry

Appropriate Software Degree or software Diplomas or other advantage
Project management certificate
Must have the full SDLC (Software development Life cycle) working experience.
Agile experience
Must be willing to go and see External Clients/ Companies at their premises when requested.
Must have minimum 2 - 4+ years working experience as an IT Software solutions Project Manager within the Life Insurance Industry
Must have gained Experience in IT Digital Software Solutions in the Life Insurance/ Financial Services Industries is essential - not negotiable.
Focus is on the External Client/ Companies always
You must have gained working experience as a IT software Project Manager having own IT software development Team reporting to you regarding Digital software solutions to be developed for the External Client/Company in Life insurance Industries to complete on time as the External Clients request - then to Go- Live
Manage the project plan according to the agreed External Client Life Insurance Industry project targets.
Monitor progress to achieving milestones.
Review the status of all logs for a given development phase (target date) and address any delays with either the Account or Developer Manager.
Make adjustments for estimate changes as communicated.
Consider alternatives/action steps where overruns.
Deadline orientated
Handle all communication between the External client and the Company.
Manage changed events affecting project timelines.
Lead planning and/or implementation of IT Software solutions projects in the Life Insurance/ Financial Services domain.
May have to participate in the software design and/or software testing phases.
Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements
Resolve /assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between digital software development projects or functional areas
Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or projects.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Interact regularly with existing or potential External clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
Monthly Salary package- full cost to company per month: R 50 000 - R 60 000 CTC per Month not negotiable this is full cost to company per month performance Bonus Annually at the full discretion of the company
